Due to the nature of digital products—which are intangible and delivered instantly via download—BadooLovoo does not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase is completed and the download link has been generated or sent.
Unlike physical goods, digital assets (project ideas, photos, videos, and files) cannot be "returned" to us, and therefore we cannot offer a reversal of the transaction.
We stand behind the quality of our digital products. If you experience a technical issue, we are here to help. A refund or exchange may be considered under the following specific circumstances:
Corrupted Files: If the file you downloaded is corrupted or damaged and cannot be opened, we will first attempt to provide a working replacement.
Major Description Error: If the product you received is significantly different from the description provided on the product page (e.g., you purchased a video but received a text file).
Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the exact same digital product twice in the same order, we will refund the duplicate charge.

You feel the "idea" or "project" was not what you expected, despite it matching the description provided.
You are unable to implement the business project due to a lack of personal capital or experience.
By purchasing from BadooLovoo, you agree to contact our support team first to resolve any issues before filing a dispute or chargeback with your bank or payment provider (PayPal, Stripe, etc.). Unauthorized chargebacks for digital products that have been successfully delivered will be contested, and the associated user account will be permanently banned from our platform.
